BR CARTRONICS AND OUR REPUTATION
With continued investment in the latest diagnostic equipment and the recent addition of 3 new Lifts to our workshop, we feel confident that BR Cartronics will become one of the best and largest Independent Service and Diagnostic Centre's in the United Kingdom. Over the years we have built up close relations with our customers, thanks to our attention to detail and quality of workmanship. You can be sure that whilst your vehicle is with us it is cared for by fully qualified technicians and the work carried out on it is to the highest standard.
WHAT IS IMPORTANT TO US
A high standard of work at a fair price and good communication with our customers, that's what makes a good Service Centre. Maintaining a first class reputation is paramount to us, that is why we spend so much time on quality control and procedures to ensure that when you bring your vehicle to us we will only do what is necessary and no more, we will never attempt to "bump up" the work and will only charge for work carried out at the right price.
STAFF AND TRAINING
It is always worth remembering that a company is only as good as it's staff and in our business, even more so. We are very lucky to have two highly skilled Diagnostic Technicians who are familiar with all the latest tools enabling them to diagnose and repair the latest Prestige Marques. We also have three more fully qualified technicians and two apprentices.
We invest heavily in training to ensure our staff stay abreast of all the latest advances. Our Service Manager has over twenty five years experience working with the likes of Porsche and Ferrari, road and race. We are very proud of our staff here at BR CARTRONICS and will be employing more technicians soon - but only the best need apply !
